General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the okww apps platform and the user. In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the okww apps website, mobile app, and related services. "User" refers to any person registered on the Platform.

By accessing the Platform or creating an account, the user acknowledges that they have read these Terms in full and agree to abide by them. okww apps reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and users will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

• Account: A separate personal profile registered in the user's name that gives access to all services on the Platform.
• Real Money Balance: The amount of deposited funds that can be used directly for bets or games and can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Balance: Bonus funds awarded that can be withdrawn after meeting specific wagering requirements.
• Wagering Requirement: The obligation to place bets a specified number of times before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• Net Loss: The negative difference remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

okww apps may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. If the required documents are not provided, okww apps reserves the right to temporarily suspend deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activities.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

okww apps uses secure payment methods for all deposits and withdrawals. Currently supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka) — this applies to all payment methods.
• Funds are added to the account once a deposit is successful.
• Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used — third-party payments are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If okww apps suspects fraud, forgery, or money laundering in any transaction, it may temporarily or permanently suspend the account and hold the related funds.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from okww apps are subject to specific conditions. A bonus is not free cash — wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 15 times.

4.2 Other Promotions

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per user (where applicable, it may be available again on a weekly or monthly basis).
• If a withdrawal is made after claiming a bonus but before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings from it may be cancelled.
• okww apps reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in account termination.

The okww apps VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback on the week's net loss
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

Promotion to a higher tier is based on active play. Specific conditions may apply to the use of cashback once it has been added to the account.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other games are available on the okww apps platform. The rules for each game are displayed within the game interface.

6.1 Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet or game result is affected by a technical error, okww apps reserves the right to void the relevant round or review it again.
• Deliberately exploiting any software or website bug to gain an advantage is a punishable offence.
• The use of bots, scripts, or automated software is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

Odds in live betting may change at any moment. The odds at the time the bet is accepted are final. If a match is abandoned or not completed under the scheduled rules, the bet will be voided or re-evaluated where applicable.

Before an account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid real money balance (not bonus balance), unless it has been forfeited due to prohibited activity.
